Yields: 10 Servings


Ingredients

6 ounces Blackberry jello
15 ounces Pineapple crushed
15 ounces Blueberries canned
8 ounce Cream cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla


 
Instructions
Stir together jello with 2 cups boiling water Add 15 oz can of crushed pineapple 15 oz can of blueberries. Let set until jelled.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla with mixer, spread over jello.

Notes from Larea: you can't get blackberry jello, so pick your substitute. Black raspberry worked well, but you can't find that either. The original recipe says to drain the pineapple and then add back a cup of juice. When I drained my pineapple I got about a cup, so I just dump it all in. Add chopped pecans if you want it to be any good.
